continued from Week 51

Nothing within our days of 2013 was predicted and not much of it was easy.

That year which was in many ways Jesus and I’s genesis prepared me to… know to be ready for more which in our case was actually less, but ultimately for so much more.

The days ahead were not known but walking along, one solo-step at a time, was enough.

Our stride, while pressed, was in and with Jesus.

He had stayed with us. He had won my heart by having lavished me with His.

I get to share now in 2025, from my earliest of days He has steadily shown enough of Himself in each straining and sublime moment to keep me willing to remain ‘stranded’ on the bricks with Him and for Him. ❤️
